What if I don't like it?If you unpack our amazing garment at home, and you just are not happy with your choice - too big, too small, not sure - that kinda thing, contact us via email (we will chat) and we'll take the item back for an instore credit as long as your little person has not worn the item, the tags are still on, so we can sell it to the next happy customer. We give you 7 days from purchase to make that email happen - then we will arrange a courier to come and grab that from you.
What if I get it, I love it, but it doesn't fit?Shoot me an email, and send the garment back so I can swap it for a size that does fit. Just make sure that the garment can be re-sold happily and hasn't been worn.
What if I get it, and it falls apart?We will stand behind the consumer guarantees act. If the seams fall apart, if a sleeve pops off - so long as the damage is not caused by the wearer themselves - you are covered within 3 months for a direct exchange. However, if your loved item is repairable - well - we'd prefer to use this option. It is better for the environment, better for all of us. We can take it case by case though - we understand 'cause we're parents too.
What happens when my child grows out of it?Well.... now that's an interesting one. Watch this space. We have some great plans for how to help you out of your too-small item and into a brand new fits-me item. It's not set in place yet - we are still testing this one.
In the meantime, don't throw it out! Give it away to someone you know will love it as much as you do!
